Refund Policy

Greenbox offers you a 30-day, no-hassle return policy.

For health and safety reasons, we can not accept returns for air purifiers and air purifier replacement filters if they have been turned on or used (even if it was just for a moment) and/ or if their packaging seal has been broken. All items must be returned in their original packaging. This also applies to refurbished or ex- showroom air purifiers.

If you are not sure if a product is right for you, give us a call. We always look forward to talking with you, answer all your questions, and help you to assess if the product in question can meet your expectations. 

On general returns (excluding returns for repairs under warranty), the outbound shipping costs (including promotional shipping) will not be refunded. 

Please contact us by e-mail if you would like to return an order. Please be sure to reference your order number, the name on the order, what it is you wish to return and the reason for the return.
